Work Requirement

• If you enter 1-9 students, you are required to work one full day or pay a $150 substitute fee. If you are judging during one of the Rally date, you are required to work on the 2nd Rally date or pay a substitute fee.

• If you enter 10 or more students, you are require to work both full days or pay a $150 per day substitute fee.

• ​All substitute fee must be paid by the registration deadline (no exception will be accepted). If a teacher does not pay the substitute fee by registration deadline, and does not work the event, that teacher's students will be disqualified.

Procedure

• ​Go to www.rally-lmta.org to fill out your forms. Login to your new rally account. Your default username and password is your first initial and last name. Instructions on using your new account can be found on the LMTA website by clicking on the Rally page.

• Print all your adjudication forms (forms #1, #2, #3, #4). Type or write your teacher number on the back of every form. Paperclip all forms for each student in order.

• If you are entering a non-competitive student, please DO NOT check the non-competitive box. You will only check that box if your student is not doing all categories.

• ​If you acquire a transfer student, you must request a transfer from Carla Breaux by email so she can adjust the database. You must know the previous teacher and new students' name. If a transfer student is not added properly, he may not be able to receive any special awards. Duplicate students will cause issues in the database.

• Trophies will be given to Winners and Outstanding Achievement recipients. Medals, ribbons must be picked up. Pick up location: TBA
