BRMTA Halloween Festival

Location: Piano Pathways (Outdoors in Parking lot)

Procedure:Recital sing-up sheet is available by e-mail. Recital entry must submitted via e-mail or text to chairman by October 13.
If you plan to participate in this event, please let the chairman know which option below you plan to do:

Set up THEORY GAMES, including provide all parts of your games, a sign with the game name, and small prizes for each student who plays (about 20-40 prizes for each table, plastic or non-chocolate items are recommended!). Piano Pathways will provide a table, tablecloth, and a ticket box for each table. The chairman will send a sign-up list out to the teachers participating to make sure we don't have any overlap between games.

Students can sing-up via signupgenius.com list anytime before October 28. It will be emailed directly to each teacher, and they will forward to their students.

The recitals will be at 1:00, 2:00, and 3:00. Students can come anytime to play the theory games, before or after they play.

Wear costumes and bring lawn chairs for the outdoor recital.

Tickets are $2, or $6 for 10 tickets and each game is 1 ticket to play. Cash or Venmo accepted. Bring a bag for game prizes.

Participating studio teachers are encourage to help run the event.
